I love my fear, pain, anger, anxiety, stress, frustration, impatience and all my other “negative” emotions. They’re there to help me and they do their job wonderfully: They care for me by alerting me to the trouble in my own mind, so I can question it and return myself to the safety of the truth. Because the truth is: the universe without my story is safe, comforting, kind, peaceful, calm, and flowing - where everything happens on time and just as it should.
