Identity isn’t real. It’s a game oneness plays for fun.

Identity isn’t real. It’s a GAME to be played. For fun!

Just like a video game.

If I’m not having fun playing Call of Duty, if it’s too stressful or painful, I can switch to playing Minecraft on creative. Or I can turn the game off. None of it is real.

“I” am just an avatar for something way beyond this narrow, imaginary “me” I’m playing.

If I’m not having fun, it’s possible to let go of this identity and play another one. Or to stop playing for a moment by getting quiet and meditating or going to sleep.

Or I can stop forever by getting clear about who I really am prior to the whole notion of identity.
